Meet our Stallion:Sugar Doctor "Doc"

Doc is a Doc Bar/Sonny Dee Bar bred stallion. He is a tobiano-patterned horse that stands 15.2 hands tall and weighs 1200 Lbs. Doc is registered with both the American Paint Horse Association & the Pinto Horse Association. Due to an injury as a yearling, Doc has gone unshown. However, he is ridable and displays good western pleasure gaits. He has been started in working cows and is dependable trail horse.

Mares that have been bred to Doc have produced tobianos, as well as, overos. Some foals Doc has sired are duns, and a few are beautifully tri-colored. All have been healthy, straight legged and good sized. The oldest are currently about 4 years old and are finishing well over 15 hands.

The offspring's minds and dispositions make them a true pleasure to work with and be around. They accept new challenges with courage and interest. We have found the few that have been started riding are naturally low headed, low kneed with soft, slow and graceful movements. We have high expectations for these horses to finish well, bringing hours of riding pleasure in the show ring, working in arenas and or on trails.
